I had an incredible experience at Mindful Beauty, thanks to Sylvia! I came in feeling like my hair was lifeless and dull, not quite sure what I wanted other than a change without sacrificing length. Sylvia expertly guided me through the process, recommending the perfect cut that addressed my hair needs while preserving as much length as possible. The result was stunning; my hair feels rejuvenated and thicker, transforming it from thin and stringy to vibrant and healthy. I will start by saying that Sylvia is absolutely amazing!!! She’s so talented,patient, professional and just Dang great at her job!!! I came in for some tightening to my extensions and she went above and beyond!!! She meticulously went through each row and made sure they were perfectly sewn and secure. After that i got a shampoo and blow dry…..best shampoo I’ve ever got!!!! I could have just melted in the chair and took a nap! The end results were the best my hair has looked in Years!!! I will definitely be back and will continue to praise her around town! Do not hesitate to book I can promise that you will not be disappointed! I called a few places to get an appointment for sew in extensions. She gave me the best prices. She was very kind and super friendly. It was my first time getting my hair done by her. I definitely will be coming to her again. She has her own private room where she does your hair. I left out of there so happy and looking beautiful. Picked up my grandson from school and he said Momma you look so beautiful!! Btw I went for extensions only. And she washed and conditioned my hair. She also stilled my hair after the install. Had amazing experience, my relaxer. Color risen turned out very beautiful. My hair looks healthier shinier. And trying this bold hairstyle for the first time, actually turned out, really good. I will recommend this hairstylist to anyone who is interested in. Someone actually knows how to do hair. And specially styling short hair. I will definitely be going back to this hairstylist. My daughter and I went to Sylvia for a haircut with a wash and style for my 50th birthday. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful location of her salon in downtown Winter Haven. It’s a quaint shop with old town vibes and brick walls. Sylvia greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The water temperature for my wash was perfect and the head massage felt great. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I was thinking about and she did not disappoint! Going from long hair to a shorter style is sometimes scary, but I knew I was in good hands. After Sylvia was done cutting 4-5 inches off, she used gentle blow dryer and then styled my hair with a flat iron giving me the beach waves from my inspo picture. My daughter‘s hair turned out just as amazing and the smile on her face made the entire appointment worth it. After living here for over three years, I think I finally found a stylist worth going back to! I’ve already scheduled a wash and style for the end of the week to celebrate my birthday with a little extra pampering! Here’s to the fabulous 50’s! ~ Becky M

I have very fine, boring, slick hair and I have had extensions before, but I have never loved them as much as I love these. They are so well hidden and fill so full!
